my first blog post

i honestly have nothing better to do while at work right now...

last night i was trying to sew a curtain for a window in my house and the thread kept breaking :'( no matter what i did, i couldn't get it to stop snapping on me. x.x i might try again after work tho, b/c the window currently has plastic blinds that are super dusty and ugly and i want to get rid of them.

o crap, i also forgot to put a coat of poly on my baseboard trim this morning. i think it will be okay if i do it tonight, but just sets me back on finishing some of my projects. grrr. >:[

i was also going to start an embroidery project as a gift for a friend who gave me a ton of raw wool from her sheep that i'm going to use when i build a couch. forgot to do that, too.

i read two more chapters of "a court of silver flames" last night. it's ok, these chapters were more bearable. i just really could care less about the romance in these books, although reading about cassian's fantasies was a touch exciting. give me more magic creatures though, im begging. >.<

i also have two nonfic books that i put on pause, although "braiding sweetgrass" is good once i get started, its just hard to actually want to pick it up to start reading. the other one is just... feels dated.

i also want to start getting into my backlog of graphic novels. i have a fear of running out of graphic novels to read, so i end up having a whole bunch that are unread because i'm scared to run out. so i guess i'll work on that.

anywho, i don't have much else to say right now. trying to decide how horny i can be on here, haven't really read through the rules yet and also don't want all of my social media to become porn sites. bye!
