Aquarium

Today I hung out with the second new friend that I've made since one of my best friends friendship broke up with me and I was lowkey agoraphobic for like a year. It was our first time seeing each other outside of school and it was just the two of us and I was so insanely nervous I was literally texting my bf like "What's a normal amount of time to hang out with someone???" "What's cool music to play in the car??" even though it was nowhere near that serious. But I brought some CDs and drove thirty minutes to pick him up and it was actually totally fine and normal. We went to the aquarium and I LOVE THE AQUARIUM. 

1. They had new jellyfish that were like segmented and purple and orange they were so cute.

2. The puffins exhibit is my favorite and they were wide awake today, they were so excited that they were pressing their beaks against the glass.

3. We saw the angel shark and it's only my second time seeing it because it's always hiding but it is one of the coolest types of shark.

Then we split an ice cream because oh my god dipping dots is ELEVEN dollars these days... the economy.... Then I drove him home and THIS LADY WAS ON A BIKE GOING RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE LANE AND I TRIED TO SWERVE AROUND HER AND THERE WAS ANOTHER CAR GOING DOWN THE LANE SO I WAS JUST STUCK BEHIND THIS SLOW BIKER. AND EVERY TIME I GOT IN FRONT OF HER SHE'D CATCH UP AT THE NEXT STOP LIGHT AND EVERYONE WAS HONKING AT ME FOR GOING SO SLOW. DRIVING IS LITERALLY THE SCARIEST THING IN THE WORLD IT'S SO UNNATURAL. 

But all in all it was a good day, hanging out was pretty comfortable. Talking to people is definitely a skill like the more practice I get the more I'm prepared and it's more fun but like... still so tiring. I'm hanging out with someone else tomorrow and I'm excited but like rgrgrgrgrg let me sleep. But also if I don't talk to people I start losing my mind so there's really no winning. But yeah! In summary everything is so so difficult but I love looking at jellyfish and sharks so it's okay.
