Well. This will be my first ''Post''.
- I wish that one day, we go back to a simpler life. Look. I am 30 years old, i was born in 1994. Yeah. The Internet was allready a thing, i guess most adult back then where like on Windows 3.1 or even Win95. As for me, I was gifted a computer back in 2000, i was 6 years old. I Began my journey with Windows 98. Growing up with the Web 1.0, you know, MSN Messenger, MySpace, Skyrock.. Midtown Madness, Live For Speed and Harry Potter (the video game) Then Facebook came, and everything went to shit. People just started to become more and more depressed, People changed, IT changed people...it changed me. Around 2018, i started to throw away everything that is Facebook and thier products. I changed my smartphone for a robust Thinkpad laptop and i brought a flip-phone. I was ''starving for entertainment'' so i went on youtube, then i ended up passing nights doing researches on duckduckgo.
.... One of the best choices i've ever took.
If i could ditch Google , i'd do it. Protonmail? it's too much security.

I was trying to drop Google, but then I realized all of my accounts, more or less, are interwoven into their platform. I was testing DuckDuckGo a year or two back, but I couldn't adapt to it without depending on my Google accounts again. It's... unfortunate.
Because everything relies on google, and as google owns Youtube, we cant create an account without have a gmail. I tried multiple places using a @proton.com type of mail, no sucess.
Those Youtubers are living off these Corporations, and the corpos need em youtubers... it's a whole thing.
The best we can do is to popularize the decentralization... Gen Z is somehow pissed from thier phones, so, soon or later we will win this fight and the web will become decentralized again <3
