if you like the bumpy danceable colorful disco energy of discovery you may like future funk, fun tonight by macross 82-99 is a my go-to starter, it's one of the best songs of the genre

I listened to Discovery like a bajillion years ago and I remember liking it but besides the hits I don't remember a single second of it, I'll have to check out the rest of their discography while I'm at it
