had my first panic attack

shit is scary as hell, one minute you're fine then something happens and you are sent into a state of fcking agony. my mind tried to block it out and make me numb but also made me constantly think of what happened. then the days after i just kept thinking about it. it just keeps haunting me. i try not to think about what happened for now, and maybe it was 4 the better. idk
