MY SNOWFLAKES ARE BROKEN

So like, I put down this code for some cute snowflakes on mt layout, then a few day later I decided to delete it and put a new one. When I put the new one, the old one I had keeps appearing with the new one. I tried searching it up, but found nothing about it :,(
