honestly im so happy that i went back to church. im so glad i returned to God. he helps me to be a better person, a better friend, a better lover, a better daughter and overall he just helps me make my life better. i love the relationship i have with my heavenly father so much. church is such an uplifting place for me now when before i wouldve rather died than set foot in church again. what drove me away was the world, not God. i went to church and it irked me that people who swore they believed in an all-knowing, all-loving God could act so cruel but what I realized after a sermon at my new church is that if God happens to hate all the same people you hate, that's not really God. God doesn't hate anyone. No one is too far gone to feel God's love.
