heyoo!!
im, sadly, done with getting each ending in funger termina and im not sure if i want to put myself through maso mode, i might consider it just for the experience... but!! it probably won't be any time soon :P STILL, each route, even on normal difficulty, was indubitably a PAIN IN THE ASS, therefore, enjoy my diatribe about each loser character in this damned game!!

levi 
a strong start for an awful mc... i mean, he's not THAT bad, he's definitely not the worst in my very humble opinion, unless it's your first time trying the game, then yeah, maybe don't
first of all, im pretty sure any player is aware of the fact that his kit is bugged apparently, plus ammo is limited, although if firearms arent your first choice of weapon it's not thaaaat bad, then again, unless you're smart (like i am, real, can humbly confirm) and got the heroin addiction from the introduction, most weapons kiiiind of suck. i ended up dying multiple times and eventually getting rid of the mob, grabbing the meat grinder, realizing i had abella in the party, shitting myself out of frustratio- i mean, i went to the orphanage, sacrificed the beautiful lady, took her soul, then i think i was already in pretty late game so i just went to donnovan's to grab the needed skill and then!! profit. ugh, i love the meat grinder, it's like playing with marcoh but a billion times harder to acquire. back to levi tho,
i absolutely love sickly loser boys, therefore 10/10, having him as a party member is wonderful... if you ignore the permanent 30% debuff he has on EVERY. SINGLE. STAT. whenever he's not on heroin but he's so adorable i put up with it each run, every place i go i press T just to hear what he has to say about the environment, my little arsonist... sweet little guy, ugh i love him... and im not even joking, i think 6/8 runs i dashed to the city and killed needles (+ prayed for a rher bible so that i could mind read him every run, it only happened once tho...) just to recruit him, i know his dialogues by heart and whenever he talks i smile at the screen and think "haa.. what a relaxing, wonderful game" right before a deathmask pops up to beat me sensless seconds before dissecting me and my party of losers.
his ending is actually pretty nice! for starters, he's alive, he has a cool bike, a cool pair of shorts, and... ummm... well, yeah, uh, welll, he has uhhh... god, he doesn't even have a god damned helmet for his bike. WHATEVER IT'S NOT THE WORST ONE IS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY, he's a nomade loser who runs away whenever the termina memories catch up to him, it's fitting! so, moving on..
would i sound absolutely based if i said weeping scope is my favorite moonscorched character? it's just so... him, an useless creature, borderline unawhare of it's own surroundings until attacked, plus you can tell him he's worthless during the fight and he BURSTS OUT CRYING AND STOPS ATTACKING YOU, levi my beloved let me put you in my pocket
BUT ENOUGH ABOUT THAT, so, in conclusion, i'd say levi is:
a 3/5 as a party member;
a 2/5 as a mc;
a 5/5 as a character.

I HATE MARINA... as a npc, let me explain, please put down the torches and pitchforks lets keep this conversation somewhat civil...
for the longest time i have been unable to recruit this sassy lost child, i sweeear i tried everything.. okay, most things, i cant figure it out... it's most likely timebased, i figured that much, but i really dont care about her enough to go the extra mile and find out wtf im supposed to do to get AND KEEP her in my team, as far as i am concerned, she can stay die in that damn boookstore or the manor, id rather have her skills than have her, sorry marina, you're not cool enough for my party.
that being said, her moonscorched form is so cool... i think i fought it for the first time during my... uhhh... abeeellaaaa..? run?? so, it was pretty easy to shred her. from the very minimal interactions i've had with her i can tell she's hilarious, i've also met her enough times in the bookstore to know that she migh possibly, apparently, be reading some erotica book in the middle of the whole festival... queen behaviour, what else is there to say? she can use guns, but no two handed weapons, so.. no meat grinder :( BUT, magic kicks ass, so she gets a pass... i do have to admit tho that i haaaate magic, im sorry, i cant stand low sanity, but wtv, i guess slaying has it's price, her skills are also really good for pretty much every character because of the free rev up points, engrave is cool, i havent figured out yet what everything does but that's on me
HER ENDING WAS SO WEIRD, was that a samarie doppleganger?? what's going on, i have no clue, im confused, and somewhat terrified... that's it, i have nothing more to add, THEREFOREEE:

daan 
he is such a tragic character, my daan run went so bad, he has suffered enough overall, so im going to be a little less nasty to him compared to the others :3 a very kind way to describe him would be silly, he is very silly, for starters, as a partymember, you can only recruit him during the afternoon of the second day, you could technicallyyy get him on day one, but for a grand total of two screens, AND! only if you dont kill the sickly guy at the lake, that is why i'm not counting it, so, he's already not doing so well, but don't worry it gets worse! mister silly man's backstory is tragic, his parents were sylvian freaks, he was basically abandoned by them for their faith, then when he finally managed to rebuild his life there he went off to war, and, as if that wasnt enough, once he came back his life was in shambles again, man, fuck the baron...
bad luck aside, daan is not that bad as a character, both as a mc and as a party member, at least he can wield two handed weapons, which is basically a cheat to win sicne you just have to obtain the best weapon in game to ease your way through any enemy, his kit is fine, it's alright... analize kicks ass with weak enemies, but you need to skip a turn and get hit at least once for it to work WHICH WE ALL KNOW THAT ONE ATTACK COULD BE THE END OF A PERFECTLY GOOD RUN, just grab the meat grinder, fuck strategy we atk. i think he's really great for clumsy or unlucky players because of his healing, but to be fair, it's a little overkill, we already get enough stuff to heal with by deafult, just be careful and you wont need his skills at all, he's also really easy to kill on day one by the lake so...
i love the whole pocket cat deal he has going on, that damn weirdo targeting a poor vulnerable man is exactly what i would expect him to do, also, dare i say pocket-daan is fine as hell, would

abella please one chance, pleasepleasePLEA- sorry, i was hacked, abella is GREAT, se can weild two handed weapons, she MAKES the meatgrinder, her skills are solid, she's cool, she's beautiful, she's badass, she has two outfits- ugh, abella the woman you are... my run with her was SO easy, smooth as butter, might be because i know the game by heart by now, but, everything went so well, i grabbed levi to keep him as a cute keychain and kicked everyone's ass straight to perkele
there isnt even amuch to say about her as a party memeber, she's perfect, day one MORNING recruit, weilds two handed weapons, COMES WITH THE WRENCH TOSS ABILITY, her dialogues are fun, i don't think she has any negative traits
even her moonschorched form is SO COOL, plus, not many know what it's based off, go look it up, yet it's such a nice fit. she's literally perfect, she did nothing wrong ever, coolest girl to walk through prehevil's streets, probably my 2nd easiest run.. also, i got the caligura cutscene in the manor... yikes, but seeing caligura's bare asscheeks after you kill him made me chuckle not going to lie
even her ending is cool, she does nothing but slay, i think she has one of the most badass endings, she wants to go kick ass on the moon and nobody can or will stop her. if abella has no fans im DEAD

crying emoji, crying emoji, crying emoji... i really don't like magic, spells, occult shit, I DONT LIKE LOW SANITY!! osaa is so based, he's... okay, as a party member, i, uh, i don't really have much to say about him, honestly, i really dont think he's worth the centaur fight, i'd much rather kill him in the church than go aaaall the way to bunker 1 and get his ashy ass after he got into an altercation with the sexiest man to ever bless f&h's (ragnvaldr) grandson (august).
osaa's stupid ass cant use guns, that's a no for me, fym i cant cheat and lure needles/deathmasks to a spot where they cant run past and shoot them down? this game is literally unplayable ugh... me when a game has mechanics ┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐, i think he's really great to start with since he gets pretty strong skills from the very start + Nas'hrah is just great, he literally calls karin a bitch 2 seconds after hearing her talk, he's just as great as i remember him to be in the og funger
his moonscorched form is sooooo lame although fitting, boooooo, if you take him to the tower before killing everyone he literally says something along the lines of "i accept this" and then turns, like... okay? you're LAME, his backstory is LAME TOO!! it's not, im just mad i had to spend a thousand fucking hours on it (like 10 minutes), truthfully, it was 100% my fault for picking dumb options, like, why did i jump down the toilet? i knew it wouldnt end well, coinflip was so extra too, he's def not the best character to start with just because he's really fucking complex
overall, i respect him, he looks cool, he gives you free alllmer affinity, which.. tbh, isnt that useful, but.. uh... yeah? his ending is cool! he basically forms a cult and chad-s his way through life knowing he's better than everyone else.. i want to witness a rap battle between enki and osaa rn, other than that:

olivia
olivia... she does her very best, i think she's an absolute sweetheart and truthfully, she has NO chances in the festival, i love how bubbly she is, i took her around as a partymember just to check her dialogues and oh my god, the one where her wheelchair gets stuck in mud is so sweet, i love her, but. there is literally NO reason to recruit her, she's bad, she sucks even, whatever, her passive skill is?? somewhat useful?? but by the end of day 2 there's no reason to recruit her, every other stornger member is already recruitable by then, why pick her?
also, she gives no fucks if you kill marcoh and tanaka in front of her, she's like "errmm, i heard you met marcoh in the city >^<!!" like... that's right baby!! i did, i have his, and tanaka's, head in my bodybag, wanna see? she's precious and really fucking badass when you think about it, the whole idea of this poor girl going around murdering everyone by using the wood's plants and shit is so cool, oh my god, actually?? i wish henryk's prehevil bop event only happened if olivia was there aswell, it's be pretty damn cool if it was actually her doing the whole massacre... also, let me add that running evenies over with her wheelchair is hilarious, i wish we could upgrade it somehow so that it'd be harder for her to be knocked out of it during fights
i have looked up her moonschorched form and IT'S SO OFFPUTTING AND COOL?!?! i love it, but i have never fought it, she never lasts long in my playthroughs, other than that i think her skills are easily skippable, her passive's sound good but tbh... they're not all that
her dialogues at the bar are so sweet (ɔˆз(ˆ⌣ˆc) <- me and olivia frfr, she's just so pleasant, bubbly and genuinely nice
her backstory, whole sister conflict and stuff is really interesting, im assuming her fighting kaiser and the whole machine god stuff is the most logical ending for her because of it, like woah the sisters can now be together, but at what cost!!

MY FIRST EVER ROUTE, first time i ever tried the game i picked him and the easiest mode aviable that was probably the best choice ive ever made in a videogame, you quite literally dont need a weapon, he's that good, his skills are MARVELOUS, bob and weave, perfect guard, adrenaline rush, counter stance?!?! plus, HES HOT?? PLUSSS, he spends most of the game looking after the gals on the train?! and he trains tanaka?! he has me kicking my legs and twirling my hair not going to lie, + HE BARELY SPEAKS AND HE WORKS WITH KIDS IN HIS ENDING?? i want him SO bad,
pardon that, so, as a party member he's great, as a mc he's great, as a npc he's great, he's hot even when hes moonschorched, i said it, no shame, would.

karin
sigh... my karin route was, dare i say, dreadful. she is a wonderfully irritating woman, the funger dieties know i love her, she's badass, but oh. my. god..(s). SHE IS SO FRUSTRATING.
her kit is great, but considering how easily she can be killed right at the start of the game, starting with her is a JOKE, not only is her soul easily obtainable, caligura would absolutely love her because she SUCKS SO MUCH BALLS, and not in the fun way either... as i might have mentioned before, i played each character without looking up guides of any kind, so, imagine my disappointment when i found out miss journalist cant wield twohanded weapons... i found out after going though the trouble of obtaining the meatgrinder by the way, karin you fucking pussy, you coward, you incompetent fool, you damned foul wretched ver-
moving on, if there's something i enjoyed experiencing about karin is how unapologetically arrogant she is, having her as a party member is great fun, having persuasion is very nice for the few enemies it can be used against, not only because you can basically oneshot bobbys and such, i hate bobbys, but because you get some nice fun dialogues every now and then, buuuuut... since you can't use it that often it loses a few credits, credits that are regained and prehaps doubled by "escape plan", god bless that hex, she's a shitty and weak character but at least she has something that makes up for it
her backstory was surprising, i was NOT excpecting it to play out the way it did at all, i found it very fun.. unlike her ending. oh my god her ending SUCKED, but before i explain why, let me just add that karin was my third run, so i still hadn't managed to find out everything about what the game could fully offer yet, and i, very innocently... maxed out the rher hexes... yes, yes i did... i had no idea what i was going up against, not a single clue, so, after both final bossfights, imagine my annoyance, the rude awakening i went through even, when i realized her ending was pretty much just "WELP, back to work folks" WHICH IS AWFULLY IN CHARACTER AND PROBABLY WHY IT ANNOYED ME SO MUCH, miss bossbitch experienced horrors beyond human comprehension and she just clocked into her 9-5 right after. i could never, but i respect it. that being said:
