i am literally so tired and exhausted rn, i keep on closing my eyes but my head hurts so bad that i can’t sleep. it’s so annoying cause i want to sleep so i can shower early in the morning tomorrow. i usually shower at night and i know my brain doesn’t like when i change my schedule but im so tired that i couldn’t bring myself to shower like i usually do after dinner. i also haven’t fulfilled my list of things to do before bed that i usually do. (read, tiktok, music and more reading, and then silence with thoughts before i fall asleep, and i have to follow through with any thoughts i could do while laying in bed, like going on spacehey to see if i can access it on my phone and checking to see where my phone is at. then i fall asleep at like 1am.) i fuffiled my list tonight EXEPT showering within the 7-10 pm period. if i shower before that, it’s too early, and after that it’s too late. i don’t want to take melatonin cause last time i did, i laid down, blinked, and it was morning and i was in a cold sweat, it wasn’t fun trying to figure out what happened. anyway, WHAT DO I DOOOOO

I GOT SOME SLEEP!!! and threw up in the morning but i SHOWERED immediately after so it worked out :D
