QUESTION!?

Ok so do you guys ever feel like people are watching you? like not in an obsessed stalker type of way but just a they're watching, always it always stops me from doing cringe stuff I'm like no they'll see. But like who's THEY!?? It also always makes me hate being naked cuz I'm like nooo they'll see I'm fat😭 and when I'm talking to "myself" i'll just randomly say guys or refer to multiple people when I'm by myself. So like is it just me or does anyone else get this
