I saw The End of Evangelion in a theater today

One of the worst moviegoing experiences I've ever had. It genuinely hurt my soul to see people laughing and leaving... during the credits in the middle. I heard people talking when we were all leaving, and I don't think they'd even watched the show. I really don't understand the kind of person who pays to do this, but it hurts especially for such an earnest and sincere statement of love to be met with this reception.
