my yapping session. / warning: talking abt shots/ needles(?) and veins

incase u don't know i like to yap so that's kinda my post 2day!!

 (TW: MY SHOT, NEEDLES, VEINS AND EXPLAINING HOW IT FELT SO KINDA GROSS!!!)

soo today i had school :(( and i had my hpv shot 2day and i get like the symptoms e.g headaches, sore arm, nausea, dizziness etc. sooo i wasn't very excited..

soo i got my shot at around 9:32am (yes i remember the time) and i have a big fear of getting shots so i was pretty scared and i nearly cried.. but i got it i felt it go in and i felt sick 2 my stomach. anyway my arm was real sore and heavy after and i nearly fainted three times , gagged a lot and got headaches!! 

i ended up falling asleep on my way home and my arm still hurts :(

and yesterday i went to counselling! i talked abt my friendship problems, family problems my mental health etc. and i feel soooo much better! i'm glad i decided to go to the counsellor because after i got that all off my chest i felt like i could express myself again! 

this also happened yesterday but my hands and feet were freezing!! i did have socks and shoes but my feet were still cold :c ... but my hands went from cold to freezing to so cold it was hurting my fingers then completely numb !! soo it wasn't very fun, my hands were pink, purple and red.. and i could see my veins which was a bit concerning..!11! my friends told me i might have poor blood circulation so i might go to the doctors.. :(
