I know how you feel, I've honestly also been getting worse recently but depression always comes in waves. Especially around this time seasonal depression suckssssss. But you got people here for you, even if it's not in your life there are a lot of supportive people on this site. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you can push through it. I'm a random ass person but if you need someone to talk to I gotchu.
