life thus far

𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆛𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆛𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆛𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆛𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆛𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆛𓆝 𓆟

if you, dear reader, have been keeping up with my bulletins, then you may know that my dad was moved into hospice care. im not sure if thats a thing in places other than america, but its basically just end of life care (well, of course theres end of life care in other places, but maybe not called hospice). 

anyway.

 my dad passed away on march 16th at about 10:30 pm. of course im crushed, but this is the best thing that could have happened. he had stage 4 colon cancer, and esp near the end, he was in a ton of pain. im so happy he's not hurting anymore. its just a shame it took death to give him that relief. none of this has been easy, but thankfully me and my family have excellent support systems. 

life after losing my dad seems so strange. i feel more grown up somehow. life seems less colorful & fun, in fact it doesnt just seem that way, it has been way less fun. the day after my dad died, we had to put our 15 year old dog to sleep. my fam and i are just being raw dogged by life. im just really over it all.

in my bulletins i was talking about being MIA and junk, and i def was for a while, but i think now i just wanna be around friends, and i feel like all of you guys are my friends. so yeah. i wanna take these new changes in stride if i can,

i have a few things to look forward to. miku expo, obvs, but also a haircut and new nails and glasses. and some clothes shopping. graduation, too. 

brighter days are ahead, i think.
