Wow, sometimes I think about how we really are the future. The technology of today is something that was dreamed about decades ago by people who wondered what the future would be like.
It's interesting to me because you don't know time has flew by so much until you see your childhood stars getting older, and new events/laws and things of that nature that keep changing.
It dawned on me a while ago.
I don't miss being a child but I do miss how new and exciting everything felt to me as a child. These days feel so bleak and life feels the same.

I miss this feeling too. Everything feels blank and repetitive, and in almost every aspect of life :c
You're so not wrong, life has been feeling so bleak
like even positive emotions don't feel the same as they used to. Like when I'm happy, yeah I feel good, but I remember being younger and feeling bright and excited (when I was a teenager I was actually very excited to start my day.) I loved life
now I'm just on meh-mode all the time. Everythings not bad, but everythings not great either. It's a middle ground
