the new era of percy jackson fans are so fucked up

mega weird about these REAL children. so tired of seeing edits of leah and walker as percy and annabeth with people talking about their 'chemistry' (the chemistry is them making eye contact). i understand how percy and annabeth were like a star couple and shit, but please stop projecting that onto the poor actors for the show. they don't even like each other until like, book 3, and they dislike each other a bit in book 1.

people are also really weird about leah jeffries being black... it's either people really hating her race, or people obsessing over it. i'm upset the characters are unrecongiseable to the books, but it would have been less of a deal if rick riordan didn't make a big fuss about it imo. i do not give a shit that annabeth is black in the show, the actress didn't choose to be black? she was just trying to make it big lol, that's what auditions are for. i have mega beef with riordan and him in his white saviour era is ("just remember i CHOSE you, leah") just the tip of the iceberg LOL. ill make another blog about that, maybe.

conclusion, stop being so fucking weird about little kids and just watch the show, if you want. or dont watch the show if you're a pedophile actually,, 

these child actors are gonna be so fucked up in the future. there's literally walker scobell c.ai bots? we need to bring back the death penalty. i REALLY hope it's only 12yo girls crushing on walker and making edits and c.ai bots of him, but deep in the trenches of my conscious i know it's also super seniors and weird ass middle aged women
