“Let’s break up.”
That’s what I told him, I knew ending the relationship was the best opinion for both of us. I couldn’t continue with this relationship that was one-sided. I knew from the start he didn’t share such feelings for me, that it was one-sided, but deep down I was hoping maybe after a few dates, just maybe he would share the same feelings.
But when we went on our fourth date, I realized that wasn’t the case, that no matter what I did or try it wouldn’t change, so I decided to end it.
The fact that the relationship between us has ended, I still loved him, He was my high school crush.
At graduation, I worked up the courage to confess. At first, I was expecting him to say no, but shocking enough, he agreed.
Once he agreed to date me, I felt happy, there aren’t many chances where you end up with your high school crush, most times it just fades away to just high school memories.
On our first date, I noticed right away that, he didn’t share the same feelings as I did, he seemed not interested the whole time

:( being in an unbalanced love is always hard, for both parts usually, i'm glad you were mature enough to notice it and end it before it became a bigger deal.
