💀 I feel really silly posting this but I’m doing it anyways
I started mewing sometime early last year as a joke but ended up doing it so much that whenever I close my mouth I just end up mewing, and it’s gotten to the point where the roof of my mouth is raw and sometimes I end up with a completely dry mouth, I’m pretty well hydrated so it’s kinda weird for this to be happening. There have also been times where I literally can’t keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth. Idk pls help guys 😭😭

I’ve been mewing before I even knew the term but it’s cuz the roof of my throat is always itchy but now when I do it I can’t stop thinking about the term
Same idk why it’s worse now that I know what I’m doing
