instagram account

my instgram account recently got suspended for allegedly going against the community guidelines, which i think was an incredibly harsh and exaggerated way of putting it. some of my stories had been deleted for using agressive lenguaje (always as a joke) but the last story of mine that instgram deleted (which got my account suspended) was literally a tweet that used the word "balazo" wich would be like a shot from a gun or something like that (in spanish). im trying to appeal the desision by completing the survey they offer for you to appeal but everytime i try to submit it, it asks me to go into my account and confirm its me, which i cant because whenever i enter the app all i can see its a message saying that they are reviewing my info, so how am i even supposed to appeal against my account getting deleted???

im really fond of my instagram account as i have had it for at least 3 years now, it has all my memories, friends and contacts, and i have seriously developed and emotonial connection with it, can anyone help me pls?? :(
