DISCLAIMER: This is not a "top 10 list". It's quite hard for me to rank these games by order of based-ness.

4. Fallout series, but especially Fallout New Vegas
(Nick Valentine is still my favorite character from the series though.)

5. Deus Ex series (favorite is human revolution)

6. Stellaris (my favorite paradox game. second is victoria 2)
