On blog: When you are creating a blog, there is a image button at the top of the text area. Click that and paste your image link that ends with .jpg png or gif. If you want to add your own image, upload it to a photo site. I use image bb personally
On the profile img src="linkhere" width="512" height="256"/ with < at the start and > at the end. Dont remove the / if you want custom dimensions. Or you can just use img src="link"/ with <>
