Some could argue that since hotdogs consist of bread and meat "sandwiched" together they are sandwiches but I beg to differ. Hotdogs don't have any of the other qualities of a classic sandwich, such as lettuce or cheese, therefore not a sandwich. I'd be glad to hear your take on this.
Are hotdogs considered sandwiches?

no, not a sandwich. just meat and bread!?!? wait... well I can see why people would think its a sandwich now... honestly now I don't even know :[
