Day 10, double digits, wow.
I've been trying to get skinnier lately, during 4th-6th grade I was under a lot of stress which caused me to eat a lot, leading to me being overweight and giving me some more problems in the meantime.
Luckily, I have a friend who had the same situation as me and he's currently trying to help and motivate me. I'm very grateful for him.
I can now do a plank for a minute, which is a huge progress as before my limit was about 30 seconds.
The process will be long, but it'll pay off eventually.
