crazy time!! yet again??

I'm going a little crazy again not like full on delusional like I used to be (with the whole thinking there was a group of people poisoning me) but I can't ground myself in reality and the constant derealisation and depersionalition has come back and I'm starting belive I'm in some sort of book or novel
