My sister *WARNING*: abuse, running away and kys

I have an adopted sister and she ran away. My parents are abusive to us and have been forcing my sister to stay home and sometimes restricting her food intakes or even letting her starve. They have also dismissing her depression and making fun of her because she tried to kys. We have been abused since we were 3 and it has only gotten worse

If any of you have any ways I could help her get to a better place for both her and myself for the future and some tips for running away.
