Well you can watch Siccin series, a popular movie series in my country, if you are ok with subtitles. Its available on youtube just search siccin "number" english subtitled.
Movies aren't connected so you cant watch any of them

well dont expect a saw level production. To me it isn't much scary but its still scary with sudden jumpscares. Its mostly religion horror as it contains Jinns
