EDITING APPS RECOMMENDATIONS

Can anyone recommend some good editing apps. Like I seriously need to do smth with my time (I don't know how to edit ong.)

Video! Most likely phone but pc is fine too. Which is easiest?

well capcut is the easiest on phone.
I use Davinci Resolve on pc its free and has a lot of tutorials on the web
