color deficiency

i feel like the editing on phones is so dumbed down for average users, i tried to edit the deep background of my profile on here and... i dont even know where to find it at. back to phone it is if i cant find it, but i have the determination to find the color editor, it has to be here somewhere... and it better not make me punch in a rgb code
