Anyone else collect CDs? What Kind? I’m just collecting some albums I like although if something is cheap I tend to take a chance which lands me with either something fun or something that’s kind of a dud.
What’s a CD you bought before listening to? Or to broaden the audience, an album you listened to solely for the cover? What springs to mind for me is Allstar Weekend, which i thought was a cool DIY Indie thing from the cover but it turned out to be a lesser known Disney channel production with a sound that is 2011 encapsulated.

I started collecting some CDs of bands/artists some years ago, but stopped. I'll start again when I'll have enough money to do so :')

For me, I bought Say Anything is a real boy and I see stars - end of the world party (I think), I had heard of the say anything album and I have heard of I see stars before.

i collect cds!!! i just collect all cds by bands i love, especially focusing on getting rare ones but obv thats a bit hard so i just get all the cds by them!!! my fav band is HIM and i have quite a few of their cds already, since they were super popular in my country :) i have bought some cds before knowing the album, yes, the ones i can remember rn are incubus - morning view (that became my fav album by them!!) and nightwish - oceanborn (that is currently on constant repeat on my cd player!!!) i love cds :)
