Meet PERLA!!
Perla is the loveliest tabby girl ever!
And she has a story i'd like to tell you!! Like, about how i got her n stuff :D
It's the summer of 2023, I've been petsitting my neighbor's cat (Sofi, tuxedo DEMON, I HAVE SCARS FROM THAT FUCKER!!) for two summers in a row now! My neighbor has promised me to help me adopt a cat, I've wanted one my WHOLE LIFE! Fast forward to late August 2023, my mom told me that my neighbor found a cat for me! I was shown a picture, the kitten in the picture was small, she was a light tabby and had blue eyes, so I named her Perla before I even got to meet her.
In October 9th, my neighbor arrived to my house with a meowing box, IT WAS PERLA!! i was SO HAPPY! But she wasnt like the picture, she had green/yellow eyes and was a lil darker, she wasnt what i expected
(Look how small she was!! this was her first day in my house)
And i didnt care, she's still my perla even if she wasnt the cat i was expecting. I wasnt mad, i was given the sweetest child ever and i wouldnt trade her for anything in the world
<3 I love her so much no matter what
P.S. she knows how to open doors should i be concerned

about the eye color and fur thing, kittens are all born with blue eyes, and its fairly common that they have lighter fur that gets darker as they grow :)
