Tips for pulling an all nighter

- Be smart , make the most of your all nighter 

- Drink water till around 2-3 before switching to something that will give you more enegry 

- do not lay down "oh just gonna lay down for like 5 minutes" you will fall asleep 

- walk around once you start getting sleepy , a body in motion stays in motion 

- have something to either eat or chew on 

- Make a plan ahead of time of what you want to do during the night 

- Adjust screen brightness and use blue light filters to reduce eye strain

- Avoid heavy meals as they can cause drowsiness 

- Last of all , when you can get sleep , all nighters are not healthy but sometimes they can be helpful.
