Turn signalling is dumb sometimes

why would u need 2 turn signal when ur not helping any1. Like when u take an exit on a highway. Whos that 4? Whos gonna crash into b/c u didnt tell them u were gonna pull into a new lane that didn't exist yet? And don't get me started on turning in neighborhoods. Ion think i ever noticed a cars turn signal walking down the street. Like that would help anyways, pedestrians have the right of way. Theres only a small number of times it acc helps. Y isnt it just required 2 use the signals when u have to? Using them when u dont just makes u look like a dumb person. Or sum flat rule-follower commanded by whatever rules ur given.
