realy!?

DO YOU THINK YOUR FINE? you think that you don't have to work that you don't have to train. look at yourself, a'lot of you make excuses for "taking it easy" and think if you do nothing you'll be fine that's wrong. if you want to go somewhere do something with yourself than get up work towards it. i'm not saying to jump go all out at the start that's not the answer but i want you to use your free time work towards it weather it be getting stronger being fit in general or more respect full than observe what you must and improve your self. if you say your fine and you believe it i'm sorry but if you see any error that's great your already getting better. because rather than ignore it you act and again if you see your self as fine than do nothing watch it stay the same make steps to see progress.
