why do so many new accounts have sh profiles??? (trigger warning)

I js saw someone w a pfp of S-H earlier, this is my first time actually seeing these ppl for the first time. I am so confused why and how they got pics of those.. Its so confusing.

More or less someone has too much time on their hands because they don't like someone. I don't know the full details myself, but :/ I would just report and block the accounts at this time.
i keep blocking them but more appear for some reason theyre not even targeted towards me
