Zorana's Stamps - These are stamps I've made.
Gira Stamps (Tumblr Blog) - Contains mostly stamps.
Raining-Stars's Stamp/Blinkies Collection
Monse's Graphic Resources - No stamps but has some neat buttons and graphics.
Animated Glitter Graphics N More (Tumblr Blog) - Doesn't have stamps but actively posts graphics.

how do you make stamps?
I found a template to use for making stamps and just use Krita to put stuff inside the box. Any drawing/image editing program should work, though something with layers and clipping masks would likely work best. I can make a tutorial post later if you'd like!
