How can you remember dreams well??

I always wanted to record what happened in my dreams, or atleast remember them. Maybe then I can see if theres any meanings in them or its a sign of something. Most of them are me going in strange worlds doing tasks or in video games. I want to understand stand them, if theres any suggestions, please tell me!!
