Hey!

Hey, whoever is reading this! (if there is anyone at all) I am thrilled to welcome you to my page! 

Here you can dive into my thoughts on books, movies, comics, and mostly horror media – that is, if things go the way I hope. But first, a bit about me:

When I was a teenager I got my first phone and with that my first actual access to the internet and I found a whole new world. Admist shitty creepypasta, I found Blogspot and Wordpress and even Wattpad and I became obsessed with writing and reading about everything under the sun.

Even now I love filling my mind with the thoughts of others, from important things, essays and articles, to their day-to-day life and concerns. I have always found writing to be a unique and especially honest form of communication. A way to domesticate time, to crystallize the present. Along with that, there is no pressure because you can take your time, because you can open your mind fully and the reader-writer exchange is always intentional, you don't write or read things by accident.

This might be too corny considering how many people will read this (none) and how informal this will be, but that really doesn’t matter, writing and specially reading people has always been a part of me.

I stopped blogging at a very difficult point in my life that coincided with the rise of new social networks, video formats and the decline of written blogs, and I guess it just stopped making sense, but the desire to share and read persisted. Tired of not doing what I loved just because no one was watching, I decided to start this.

I would like to use this little corner of the internet to share what I like the most, horror films and books and I hope you will join me to discuss, maybe it’s scarier to hold our fears up to the light. 

So, whether you’re a seasoned horror enthusiast, just dipping your toes into the realm of the unknown or just passing by I invite you to join the conversation.
