new to layout coding, pls help

so. I'm working on coding a layout from scratch, I'd rather not show the profile because it's a private wip, but I'll try to explain the issue in the best detail I can.

my issue is that I have an image set on top of the avatar, kinda like a frame. but because of its shape, it overlays the "mood" status, sitting slightly on top of it and covering it.

if I move the frame up then it uncentres from the avatar.

what I need help with is how to go about moving the "mood" status further down, along with everything beneath it to make it fit.
