2023/24 update and recap

Over the past year my life faced multiple and new changes I wouldn't have thought would happen. I turned 15 in February and got my first piercing. Getting my nose pierced felt like I was officially growing up. Winter-spring of 2023 was the end of my freshman year, then I became a sophomore in the start of fall. I started my first year of in person school for the first time in 5 years, truly a cultural reset for me. It was worth it though. I met a lot of new people and even got a boyfriend. (we broke up in November, but it was a great experience.) Of course, high school wouldn't be complete without its issues with the people around you, never a dull moment and full of immature episodes of jealousy and hatred. It happens, can't change it, and who really cares. Homecoming was the best part of my first semester, I went matching with my boyfriend at the time. I still cherish our memories despite just staying friends now. It's better for the both of us in all. Healthier and stable again like how our friendship started out as. Halloween was great, too. I went as Tyler Durden from Fight Club, which became one of my favorite movies watched last year. The start of this year was pretty chill, nothing too insane yet. My birthday was last month on the 27th. I finally made it to 16 and got my dream piercing; snake bites. Recently, I've been sick, but by tomorrow I'll be feeling better, I have a feeling.
