if youre feeling like this and you dont want to reach out to professionals, you still need to confide in people you trust. if you can talk about it with your family, you should. youre gonna have to be more patient with them because theyre not experts, but this kind of support is better than having no support at all. and i say this because it sounds like you do want at least some kind of support, since trying to take it all on alone has been really hard. soul crushing. like if you keep it up, you know it will kill you. i know how you feel, ive been there myself many times.

which is why as a blanket statement im recommending that you at least try to talk with some experts in this. i know its scary, i know the thought is that if you fuck it up itll end up making everything worse, but i promise you from my own experience and from countless others that this isnt the case. you reaching out, you doing anything you can to say "im here, i exist" is what makes you human. you should really try talking with an expert, at least making an attempt to do so. if this doesnt go well, you still can talk with those you love. but the journey is harder with those who dont know how to offer the best help. i believe in yuo

oh wow. thx 4 da response .. see, my family doesn't bel1eve in mental illness n they kinda d0n't want me seeignf a professional (i'm a minor btw) so i feel pr3tty ... trapped. don't have any friendz either .. i'm helpless basically. but i'll see wat i can do .. i appreciate ur help tho ^^

Suicidal thoughts suck u_u spacehey doesn't let me use the b-word lol...
Personally, I've always just opened my Notes app and just began typing essays on what's on my mind, whether that's trauma, personal drama, a fanfic, or just some media that I like. Heck, after waking up and having a crisis right after, I decided to try writing a poem since I didn't feel like typing all that much. Was it a good poem? Probably not; I'm not checking my depression-filled poetry :p but it did help relieve my mind during the moment
For a bit-less-healthy coping mechanism, I would just turn to my favorite media (game, anime, fandom, etc.) and indulge in that. I mean, distracting yourself isn't bad, especially in a dire situation where you're literally suicidal, but I feel like it would be bad if you relied on it :o

No problem ^^ and yeah, rereading what you wrote is, like, reading from a completely different person (at least, for me lol). Though, it’s like I said, I think the process of writing is the more helpful part! You can totally just leave everything alone and never touch them again afterwards lmao
