this girl at my school is such a bitch tbh I'm sorry but like at the same time I'm not. like i was her friend for a while she pierced my septum for me and we were close. she manipulated me into helping her get rid of this other person at my school who she sa'd because she has some people (including me at the time) thinking the person is lying for attention but i found out the story she told about what happened with them was completelyyyyy off like that is not what happened she is a terrible person shes done terrible shit shes torn families apart shes ruined peoples lives shes a fuckin psycho.

Sounds like the three of you (including the person she lied about) need to go see the school guidance counselor and have a proper open discussion of what has been happening and why and how it feels. Some people never learn empathy and integrity if they are never given the opportunity to practice it, and what better way of doing so than by learning from our wrongs?
