Undertale is very overrated.
The only good thing is perhaps the music, but over time it becomes repetitive.
And of all the remixes on YouTube, only 75% are probably only Megalovania loll

I'd like undertale but there's a specific hallway in the new home/final area where the castle sprites just look ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS and it makes me foam at the mouth and I can't continue the game any longer. Not really but still I hate that corridor so much.

Sure it aint perfect.
There is quite a lot more to it. It's the meta narative, the characters. A rpg with consequences for your actions. The whole journey n interactions.
There's also things in the game that are fun to analyze n look into it's mysteries.
Like finding out that Ghaster SPEAKS in wing dings, but his texts are typed normally. Tho this kinda ties into Deltatune.
Or Sans refering to the lab password as legendary fart master which can mean that Ghaster's name is fart joke lmao
