Thats because its a vector image!
But what does that mean?
Basically, vector images dont use pixels. They use mathematical equations that create lines and curves! Those curves and lines have a set place, so when you zoom in or out, they still stay in their place, not moving at all!
This is actually used by a few modern art softwares, but it can be a little hard to vitalize so most people stick by normal pixel methods.
Also, the button is talking and advertising this method! Its basically an ad AND a showcase!! Cool, right?!
