Good luck! It's not too complicated, since it already heavily relies on spacehey's framework. It's mostly modifying some elements and adding others. Pretty much like decorating. :P
Some basic HTML and CSS will be enough. ;)
Unless you want a complex, with interactive content and such. But, that will make your page load way slower, so pay attention to performance too.
