Theater writer problems

Hi, I'm Deni and I'm the writer of the theater club in my school, and we chose Romeo and Juliet for the next festival in April 21, but i have a great problem, I have a creative block, and this makes me lose my mind, I try to get help of my groupmates, but no one have idea how to make a script, the time to present the draft is over, any advice to get past this block?
