I mean he was at least 40 years old… lol.

his is so fucking funny to me no wonder why he showed up the exact same in the detective agency origins… like same clothes and everything. his clothes are fused to his skin i guess. 

but like, this is a deviation from the anime, which considering that was a 2 hour flash forward, so we still have time for it to line back up!!! i really hope bones doesn’t do what they did to soul eater :( like ik its not their choice but like… i will be so pissed if they screw up the story.

so right now, we are right at fukuchi’s (death?) but also, at the same time, skk are still at the prison and they did in fact go back to sigma… so… like half of the fandom was wrong and dazai DIDNT manipulate him just to leave him to die!!!!!! no more sigma villan arc impending!!!!! 

my guess is the manga will lead up to the “two hours later” thing, and we will get the missing context, and we will not get the flash forward… so probably this is gonna be at least like 5 chapters of waiting to see if bones screwed us over.
