I think that the best way to describe it, is that the person who says that is not a robot or that he is not human is an idiot and that he is not an idiot is a human who has no right to be an idiot, but who has the capacity and the moral responsibility for making that decision, which I would say he has to take seriously, and which is why we are seeing a lot of people being called that and saying it.
