Web-Diary Adventures 1

Hi everyone! I've decided that instead of using regular social media (tiktok, twitter, tumblr, etc etc...) I'm going to start blogging on here instead! It'll be fun to record my life via a website thats still pretty small!

Will I stop using other social medias entirely? Nope! I'll probably keep an art instagram and maybe talk on reddit from time to time. But I really want to focus on Spacehey from now on! Its just more creatively freeing than bigger social medias. And possibly not as stressful.

So now we get into the introductory part of my web diary. The " who is this random person and why should I care about them? "

Introduction

My name is Vermis aka Gordan, I'm an artist/writer that's trying to branch out into web design and game making. I use they/it pronouns and I'm 20 as of writing this! Should you care about me though? Probably not, I'm just screaming into the void. But if you see me around don't hesitate to chat with me! I'm always up for a good conversation or maybe even a new friend!

Now onto the actual diary part.

Entry #1

I really want to talk about a game I've been obsessed with for a while now. This game is Who's Lila, (if you want me to talk more in-depth about it let me know in the comments!) I was first introduced to the game from a video essay by howard over on youtube! And I instantly fell in love. The art, the story, and all the lore stood out to me, it all combines to make a good soup of information and creativity. And I love information AND creativity a lot. Oh and lore, I love a world I can dive into!

I won't spoil anything here but the basic synopsis of the game is:
You play as William Clarke, a teenage boy who struggles to control his facial expressions/emotions. Remember to take out the trash and try to avoid awkward social interactions via actually controlling different parts of William's face. And maybe solve the mystery of who Lila is and the disappearance of Tanya Kennedy.

Long story short, its fun controlling someone else's facial expressions! I really feel for Will and his struggles though.

Anywho I won't keep you any longer. Good luck to the people who actually tried to read this long post! And to whoever makes it to the end of this entry, I hope you have an amazing day/night!

See ya guys next time!
