Oh, the mods definitely do their jobs... But, it's not their job to be online 24/7 and monitor every second of the website being up.
It's our job to report users and content that breaks the terms on this site.
having just 3 mods for such a huge userbase is a horrible idea, it's also their job to monitor and MODERATE the website often.
I have seen so many slurs and have puked because of MANY profiles, they need to get on their feet

Fair enough... I do worry about there only being 3-4 mods, although from my experience of reporting profiles and content, it was swiftly deleted.
It would be nice to have some sort of moderation application or a way to get AT LEAST one mod's attention who could contact the website owner about the lack of mods issue.
Sadly, all we can really do is report content and hope its dealt with. Unless we want to protest to try and get attention, but it'd take a ton of users and a ton of posts for that...

they flex that they have over 900k+ users, yet only have 3 god-damn mods.
