2. it's probably a lot heavier on your PC than previous, simpler operating systems

Have to agree with you. GUI looks like the one from MacOS and if Windows 12 will look worse, atp I'm switching to Linux.

i got so upset that my new laptop came with 11 that i repartitioned and reinstalled 10. i was like of yeah 11 is fine and i hit 1 issue where i couldnt figure out the gui and i lost all hope for the os
